Terms of Service

The product

VerifAId is an internal workspace for invited teammates: accounts, people, pipeline, closed sales, commissions, and scheduling. It is provided for Straightforward Claims / VerifAId sales work, not as a public marketplace or consumer app.

Accounts

You may use the Desk only if an admin puts your work email on the roster and you set a password from an invite or reset link. You are responsible for that password. Admins may add, edit, or remove teammates. Do not share a login.

Acceptable use

You will not:

• Use the Desk for anything other than authorized company sales work.
• Try to access another person’s book unless you are an admin.
• Probe, scrape, or disrupt the service, or bypass sign-in.
• Upload unlawful, misleading, or infringing content.
• Connect a Google account you are not allowed to use for work.

Customer and prospect data

Records you enter (companies, contacts, notes, deals, sales) belong to Straightforward Claims as business data. Treat them as confidential. Do not export them for personal use.

Google Calendar

Connecting Google is optional. If you connect it, you authorize the Desk to create, update, and delete calendar events you schedule here, on the Google account you pick. You can disconnect in Settings or revoke access in Google. Google’s own terms also apply to that account. Our handling of Google user data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Commissions

The Desk calculates commission as 10% of each closed sale, rounded to the nearest cent. That figure is a workspace tool. It is not an employment contract, wage promise, or substitute for payroll or your written compensation plan.

Availability

We aim to keep the Desk available on the published host (including verifaidsd.com once that domain is attached, and verifaid.grok.me until then). We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features (including Google) may change.

Disclaimer

THE DESK IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Sales forecasts, pipeline values, and commissions are estimates based on what teammates enter.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Straightforward Claims AND ITS PEOPLE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR LOST-PROFIT DAMAGES, OR FOR AMOUNTS GREATER THAN THE FEES YOU PAID US FOR THE DESK IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR $100 IF YOU PAID NONE).

Termination

We or an admin may suspend or remove access if these terms are broken or if you leave the team. Sections that should survive (including privacy practices, data ownership, and limitation of liability) survive.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Georgia have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief anywhere.
